Step 1. Check availability on the calendars below, the available dates are  shown in white, anything coloured is already booked, you can advance the calendar to the month you are interested in. Please leave 2 clear days between the end of the last hire and the start date you want. If that is not possible please contact us - we'll try and fit you in. Once you have confirmed availability move to the Booking Form.

Step 2. Click on the green Online Booking Form button below. Complete the form and submit by clicking send. Each driver should complete their own Booking Form. There may be an additional cost for a second driver, you will be advised prior to booking if that is the case.

Step 3. Once the Booking Form(s) have been received by us we will check the form and if all in order send an electronic invoice. The minimum payment will be 25% of the hire total and this is required to secure the dates requested. The invoice is best paid by Debit Card or Paypal, you may pay by bank transfer if you wish but since that account is not actively monitored you should advise by email if a payment is made. The full amount of the hire is payable if the booking is to occur within 6 weeks.

Note. On receiving payment the van will be reserved. At times it is likely we will have multiple enquiries for the sames dates. To be fair to everybody we will operate on a first come first served basis, ie the first financial commitment will be respected. If a situation like this occurs we’ll do our very best to accommodate potential hire’s with an alternative. In addition please note that hire is normally offered by the day (not the night) from 09.00 on the first day to 17.00 on the last.
