If you still have unanswered questions after searching the site please use the ‘contact’ section by clicking here and we’ll do our best to answer. There may be up to 2 insured drivers per Booking, each person applying to drive must fill his/her own Booking Form.

    Do you have any driver convictions?.

    If (yes) please list the convictions here.

    Do you suffer from any mental or physical defect/infirmity, or do you suffer from fits, diabetes or any heart complaints?

    Have you ever had your insurance declined and/or renewal refused and/or special insurance imposed as a result of claims experience?

    Have you had your insurance or cover cancelled by any Motor Insurer?

    Are you engaged wholly or partly in professional entertainment or a professional sports person, jockey or person connected with racing of any sort?

    Are you currently primarily a student or undergraduate.?

    Have you, whilst driving, been involved in more than one accident during the past 3 years?

    Are you a Foreign Service Personnel? If so, in which country were you born?
